Richard Deters is a highly experienced and knowledgeable Senior Systems Engineer with extensive experience in design for Light Rail Projects. His expertise includes airfield electrical design and construction, load flow, medium, and low voltage distribution, parking area lighting, coordination studies, short circuit calculations, and administration for airfield lighting. Deters has worked on various systems such as Instrument Landing Systems, Navigational Aids and Approach Lighting Systems, SMGCS Lighting Control Systems, FAA L-890 Computerized Lighting Control Systems, and L-821 Manual Lighting Control Systems. He also has experience in Insulation Resistance Monitoring Systems, Runway Pavement Sensor Equipment, Runway and Taxiway Lighting Systems and Field Lighting Vault design. Deters has gained a wealth of experience in Military Aircraft Arrestor Systems and apron lighting.
