Danae Ringelmann is a renowned entrepreneur, advisor, board member, and public speaker who has dedicated her career to bringing innovation and sustainability to tackle the world's most pressing challenges. A CFA Charterholder and MBA graduate from the University of California, Berkeley - Walter A. Haas School of Business, Ringelmann co-founded Indiegogo, a San Francisco-based tech start-up credited with inventing perk-based crowdfunding. With her focus on equity and access to capital, Ringelmann helped create a merit-based funding alternative to unleash entrepreneurial creativity and provide a level playing field for new ideas to come to market. Indiegogo has raised nearly $2 billion crowdfunding dollars, with over 40% of innovators being women.

Ringelmann's professional interests now lie in solutions working to advance personalized health, empower women & girls, improve workplace diversity & inclusion, improve attention management, and encourage mindful human development. She is also co-owner of Huso Lodge & Farm, a boutique hotel and company retreat center in the mountains of Norway, where guests can reconnect with nature and their authentic selves.
