On one end of the spectrum we helped GlobalRed go through a model change from services to product; they grew their customer base five-fold and we helped them to hire 50 people over a year to support this transition.

The other end of the spectrum are digital companies like CHE Proximity, Oakton, RedBalloon who I help in hiring niche technology skillsets - CMS technologies (AEM, Sitecore), software engineers, frontend developers, Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Marketo

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the sales process (Australia-wide), from the receipt of a prospective customer lead, to drafting and sending proposals, pipeline management, to ongoing follow-up and sales completion and contract renewal sales, ensuring profitability of the product and business unit, liaising with internal and external stakeholders and collecting feedback from Customer organisations to ensure the integrity and ongoing success and development of the product.
