Keshni Naicker is an experienced consultant, strategist, and technologist with two decades of experience in corporate financial services and international development organizations. She has a Masters in Leadership, Business, a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, and is certified in Project Management. Keshni has led small and large teams of over 50 globally located staff, demonstrating her expertise in IT, Stakeholder and Change Management, Ideation and Innovation. Her passion for working with women entrepreneurs and diverse businesses to enhance their success led to the creation of Beautiful Lines Consulting, where she consults on corporate projects at the intersection of technical IT skills and human principles of design. As a confident communicator, Keshni is a speaker, an author, and the host of her own podcast. Her deep knowledge of story structure and thorough change management and communications skills allow her to ghostwrite for digital audiences, corporate presentations, TEDx talks, speeches, and books. She also has experience in Creative Writing and is a VONA Writing Workshop Alumus. Keshni's main focus is on identifying and solving the right problems with her innovation incubator and strategy consulting services.
