Jared Hall is an innovative and collaborative transportation planner with diverse experience in various areas of transportation planning. His expertise includes transit, long-range planning, transportation demand management (TDM), bike/pedestrian planning, grant writing and implementation, project coordination, leadership/supervision, and disaster recovery work. He is a proven leader, known for implementing innovative and effective programs, including the first-ever community-wide transit pass program in the county.
Jared studied at the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs where he completed his Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing, and his Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services at the University of Colorado at Boulder.
He has previously held roles as a Senior Transportation Planner, Transit/TDM Planner II, and Planner I at Boulder County, where he implemented numerous programs and initiatives, receiving accolades for his exemplary performance. Currently, he is the Transit Manager at the City of Petaluma, where he oversees the city's transportation planning initiatives.
