Laura Christa

Laura K. Christa is the managing partner of Christa & Jackson, a renowned litigation firm based in Los Angeles, established in 1994. Specializing in complex business litigation, she focuses on class action defense, copyright, trade secret, contract, and other intricate business disputes.

With extensive experience, Ms. Christa has handled over 40 civil trials and arbitrations to verdict, including a high-profile class action case. She is a well-known speaker and author on class actions and other complex litigation matters.

Under Ms. Christa's leadership, Christa & Jackson has been recognized by the American Lawyer as a top litigation firm, and the firm is an esteemed member of LAWorld, an international network of independent law firms collaborating on global client issues.

Apart from her legal casework, Laura Christa has volunteered as a judge pro tem and Judicial Settlement Officer at the Los Angeles Superior Court. She has also held key positions at the California Women's Law Center and currently represents 40,000 legal professionals worldwide as a Council member of the International Bar Association's Legal Practice Division.

Laura Christa completed her J.D. at the University of Pennsylvania Law School, graduating with the highest honors. She also holds a B.A. with a double major in Philosophy and English and American Literature from Brandeis University.
