Kristen Geez is a multitalented professional specializing in Millennial & Gen Z practices. With a diverse background, she serves as a freelance reporter, brand ambassador for Women That Soar, training consultant, TEDx speaker, author, and the founder of Advising Generation Z, a nonprofit mentoring program focusing on leadership development for Gen Z and Millennials.

Kristen Geez has a solid educational foundation, holding a Bachelor's degree in Ethical Leadership with a minor in Conflict Resolution from Wiley College, a Master's degree in Leadership and Development for Adolescents from Wayland Baptist University, and is currently a doctoral candidate pursuing a Ph.D. in Strategic Leadership at Liberty University.

Throughout her career, Kristen Geez has held various impactful roles including Executive Director at Advising Generation Z, Motivational Speaker & Personality at American Program Bureau, Digital Journalist at the National Diversity Council, Educational Project Manager at PBS Distribution, and roles in leadership development at GM Financial. Additionally, she has worked as a Digital Journalist at Women That Soar and as a Lifestyle Reporter at Equanimity Magazine.
