Andrew Levy is a highly accomplished insurance executive and business leader from the Caribbean. Over the years, he has led a number of highly successful general insurance businesses, surpassing profitability expectations year over year through effective financial and operational policies and procedures. With expertise in reinsurance and information systems, Levy has successfully managed culture transformations and branch expansions, as well as local and regional mergers and acquisitions of businesses and insurance portfolios. He is recognized for his innovative and collaborative leadership style and is credited with delivering compelling new products that embed an outstanding customer culture with excellent information systems and business processes. Notably, his team was responsible for acquiring the first A.M Best rating for a Jamaican general insurance firm. Levy is a Chartered Insurer with a deep understanding of Underwriting and has completed a Leadership Diploma at the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School. He currently works as a consultant at Helios Consulting and has previously held senior positions as Regional Director at GraceKennedy Financial Group, Managing Director, General Manager and Manager at Jamaica International Insurance Co. Ltd., and Manager at Dyoll Insurance.
