Killian Castner is a successful retail, environmental, and strategy designer, whose passion lies in creating immersive spaces and experiences that allow brands to come to life. Castner graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A.) in Industrial and Product Design from Rochester Institute of Technology. Later, he pursued a Master of Science in Strategic Design and Management from Parsons School of Design- The New School.

Castner has over a decade of experience in designing and managing global retail and environments. He is the Global Retail and Environments Design Manager at Reebok, where he leads a team of designers to create innovative retail spaces and experiences across the globe. Before this, he worked as an associate manager and project coordinator of the same team. Castner also served as the Creative Operations Apprentice at Reebok, where he developed his knowledge of brand strategies and communication.

Castner's experience in the design industry also extends to his previous work at Rochester Optical as a Junior Industrial Designer and Industrial Design Co-Op in Research and Development. Furthermore, he has held diverse positions such as Member at Large and Promotions Manager at WITR 89.7, Bicycle Service Mechanic at Bike Source, and Resident Advisor at Rochester Institute for Technology.
