Consulting business focused on GameDev clients (field of expertise: game design, monetization, user acquisition, publishing, etc.)

We've created wide network of experts (200+) and suggested all kind of consulting for our clients: audit, operation support, go-to-market strategies, product due-dil's, outsource, etc.

Besides managing company, I was also one of the lead consultants and project managers working with clients. By the end of 2017, core team became self-sufficiend and I could delegate all managment tasks to team members and focus on consulting.

GD Cuffs also offered consulting services to game developers. I mainly focused on business development, bringing in new clients, discussing contracts and helping both sides to better understand each other's needs.
