Viraj Menon is a software quality assurance (QA) professional with over nine years of experience, including six years of leadership experience. He is an expert in QA processes, with extensive knowledge of software development methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall. Viraj is a hands-on leader with a passion for testing and a proven ability to succeed on fast-paced, complex projects.

In addition to his leadership skills, Viraj has expertise in test automation and script writing. He has experience in offshore team management, management of testing at customer sites, and process definition and improvement. Viraj excels at collaborating with global cross-functional teams, reporting software quality to senior management/customers, goal setting for the team, hiring and budgeting.

Viraj holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Clemson University and a Bachelor of Electronics Engineering from the University of Mumbai. He has worked in a variety of organizations, including Starkey Hearing Technologies, Entropic Communications, Trident Microsystems, NXP Semiconductors, Conexant, and EMC.
