Matthew Latkiewicz is a seasoned brand strategist, writer, and playwright with over a decade of experience in shaping brand stories and executing communication strategies. He studied philosophy at Hampshire College and theater at Emerson College. Matthew's career began as a web designer/developer at Firehaus Studio and as a Manager at Montague Bookmill. Eventually, he went on to become Creative Director and Director of Brand Development at Zendesk, where he helped the brand grow from a startup to a billion-dollar enterprise.
Matthew's expertise lies in helping brands define their "why" and to communicate it effectively to different stakeholders. He has led teams of video makers, copywriters and designers, and his background in philosophy enables him to create coherent, compelling strategies that resonate with audiences. He is also a writer and has authored a book that got turned into a TV show on truTV, which he also hosted. Matthew is an active playwright creating immersive theater pieces and formerly owned a popular cafe named after a female pirate.
