Maxine Taylor is a highly respected hospitality consultant with over thirty years of industry experience. With a Master's degree in Hospitality Administration from Florida International University and a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Administration from Florida State University, Maxine has worked on a variety of US and international hospitality real estate projects for hotels, restaurants, marinas, golf courses, and clubs for both private and public sector entities. Her expertise is in underperforming and turnaround big-box and resort hotel assets, with a focus on value enhancement and maximization.

Maxine has held senior positions in various organizations, including SVP Asset Management at CHMWarnick, and EVP Asset Management at Chartres Lodging, where she was responsible for asset management activities on over $4 billion in assets. Her responsibilities included acting as fiduciary and owner’s representative for owner-related decisions and activities, management oversight, capital expenditure operation and budget review, disposition responsibility, renovation programming and oversight, management contract negotiation, and investment. Maxine's experience also includes operations management in a five-star/five-diamond resort and as a professor of hospitality management.

Maxine's achievements include being awarded one of the Most Influential Women in Business in the SF Bay Area in 2011, as well as being featured on the cover of Lodging magazine highlight Capital Success and creating the right asset strategy. Maxine is also a certified hotel asset manager and is on the board of Hotel Asset Management Association (international chair).
