Robyn D'Elia is a highly accomplished financial executive with extensive experience leading all aspects of finance within Fortune 500 public multi-brand omni-channel retail companies. With her expertise in strategic planning, M&A, process improvement, risk management, corporate governance and treasury, she has a proven track record of achieving financial results through hands-on analytical problem-solving, team mobilization, and operational effectiveness.

As a member of the leadership team at Bed Bath & Beyond, Robyn played a pivotal role in helping the company grow from a single brand with 108 US based stores to a complex multi-brand omni-channel retailer operating over 1500 stores in the US, Canada and Mexico. During her tenure, revenues grew from ~$800M to over $11.5B, with digital representing ~$2B. She defined business strategy to scale up people, processes, and technology while the company was scaling in size and complexity through organic growth, nine M&A transactions, launch of international operations, and omni-channel transformation.

Amidst the COVID-19 crisis, while serving as CFO at Bed Bath & Beyond, Robyn preserved maximum liquidity in excess of $1B, led the development of iterative financial modeling, enforced heightened cost control, prompted vendor communication and negotiation, and obtained secured financing of $850M from lenders in a constrained market.

With a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Seton Hall University, Robyn is qualified to serve on audit committees as a financial expert with experience in the board room on corporate governance topics. She has successfully led teams and implemented strategic initiatives at various levels, including CFO Performance Partners LLC, Bed Bath & Beyond, Arthur Andersen & Co.
