He is currently the CMO & Co-Founder at Spotango, displaying his entrepreneurial spirit and leadership capabilities.

Prior to his current role, Bashan held positions such as Brand Manager at New Era cap - Israel, Project Manager at Aluf Sport, and Marketing Manager at Le Coq Sportif (Israel), where he honed his skills and gained valuable experience.
