Andrés Baehr is a leading figure in corporate venture capital and sustainability tech in Latin America. He is the Managing Director of ENGIE Factory, ENGIE's LatAm-focused CVC fund, where he invests in robotics, e-commerce, productivity software, logistics, and more. He is also an Investment Committee Member of CLIN, a sustainability tech VC fund, and a board member of the Chilean Venture Capital Association.

Andrés is an MBA Adjunct Professor of Venture Capital & Impact Investing at the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile, where he teaches the next generation of VC leaders. He is on a mission to enhance the potential of climate tech entrepreneurs across LatAm.

Andrés holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Oxford, a Master of Construction Law from the University of Melbourne, and a law degree from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. He is a former Board President at INTI-TECH and has held various board member roles at Denda Latam, TUTEN, and Wenu Work. He has also worked for Origin Energy and BHP Billiton in senior commercial and contracts management roles.
