Tom initially joined the insurance industry to assist his mother and developed a keen interest in home and auto insurance, umbrella insurance, insurance quoting, and writing policies. Besides his work as an insurance broker, Tom has an impressive academic background, including studies in Mathematics at UC Santa Cruz and Professional Culinary Arts at Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts.

Tom's IT background has also aided his success in the industry. He assists with his firm's IT needs and specializes in Android OS, Java, C, C++, HTML, CSS, Ant, and Git.
