Ron Hunter is an accomplished leader and CEO with a distinct approach that touches new arenas through his creativity and vision. He co-founded and directs the D6 Conference. He serves as Executive Director & CEO of Randall House & D6 Family Ministry in Nashville, Tennessee. He has vast experience in ministry having served for eleven years in Florida and Tennessee. Additionally, Ron served as a former account executive at WTLH-Fox 49 and was co-owner of a full-service advertising agency. His military experience includes the Army’s Jump, Rigger, Air Assault, and Infantry officer training schools. Ron earned a Ph.D. in leadership from Dallas Baptist University, where he also teaches as an adjunct professor to masters-level students in leadership and family ministry. He is the author of several books, including "Toy Box Leadership - Leadership Lessons From the Toys You Loved as a Child" and "Recalibrate: A New Measure for Family Ministry." Ron's creativity, problem solving, strategic planning, and public relations skills make him a highly sought after speaker, trainer, and consultant. Ron has been married to his college sweetheart since 1987, and they have two adult kids, Michael and Lauren.
