Paula Randler is an experienced program manager with 15 years of work in public service, largely focusing on urban forestry and social ecology. She studied at Yale School of Forestry & Environmental Studies and the University of South Carolina and has a background in geological sciences. Randler has developed skills in community development, systems thinking, process improvement, and more, and is also a certified career coach. Over the years, she has worked in various positions at the U.S. Forest Service, the Udall Foundation, and the Yale School of Forestry & Environmental Studies, and as a hydrogeologist at the SC Department of Health and Environmental Control.
