Amit Dingare is a highly skilled Data Scientist with over 12 years of experience in decision science and analytics in the Marketing and Finance domains. He has worked on multi-million dollar engagements and lead teams, making him an experienced leader in the field. Amit graduated with a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Pune, India, and later attended Cornell University, where he earned his Masters in Business Administration. After his MBA, Amit worked for a Big Four Management Consulting company managing projects in Finance, Decision Sciences, and Analytics domain for Retail, CPG, and Pharmaceutical clients.

Amit's specialties are Big Data, Predictive Modeling, Statistical Modeling, Data Mining, Machine Learning, and Digital Marketing. He is proficient in many tools such as Databricks Spark, Hadoop, AWS, R, Python, Knime, Stata, Datorama, Spotfire, Tableau, RDBMS (Oracle, DB2, SQL Server), Teradata, SAP, i2, XLSTAT, and Adv. Excel. In his spare time, Amit participates in various Kaggle Data Science competitions.

Amit has been a Data Science Mentor at Springboard, Director of Data Science at 360i, Manager - Advisory Services at Ernst & Young, a student at the Johnson Graduate School of Management at Cornell University, a Sr. Analyst at Macy's, and a Supply Chain Analyst at Lowe's.
