His career in the investment industry started as an Investment Consultant at Scottrade, followed by Investment Analyst positions at Menard, Inc., and eventually at the State Employees Retirement System of Ohio (SERS), where he worked as an Investment Analyst and Associate Investment Officer before being promoted to Investment Officer.
