Nirbhay Shah is a seasoned UX Lead & Strategist with over 7 years of professional experience in product strategy, design and research (mixed method). A computer engineer by education, Nirbhay holds a Master's Degree in Integrated Digital Media from New York University. His expertise in UX design and research spans across a wide range of tools and techniques, including design thinking, ideation, usability testing, survey design, persona development, and information architecture, among others. As a UX strategist, Nirbhay believes in the power of collaboration between design, product, and engineering to deliver the most viable experiences that put customer needs at the center. He has worked for organizations like Accenture, Tech Kids Unlimited, and Viacom in various roles as a UI designer, quantitative researcher, and tech associate. Currently, Nirbhay serves as a Design Strategist Advisor at FedEx Services, where he consults on design, research, and product strategy. Beyond his amazing work in UX design, Nirbhay also has interests in game design, 360-degree videos, and 3D printing.
