Giorgi Mirzikashvili is a highly experienced retail banking professional with more than 10 years of experience in the field. He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA), specialized in Finance, General, from Georgian American University (GAU). During his career, Giorgi has focused on sales, product development, and operation management, with experience in project development and management in collaboration with outsourced foreign companies.

Giorgi's professional career began at TBC Bank, where he worked in various positions, including Project Coordinator, Strategic Project CRM, and Head of Campaign Management Team, Business Intelligence Department. After that, he joined Bank of Georgia as Head of Campaign Management Unit, RB Analytics, and Portfolio Management Department. Later, he became Co-Founder at OptioAI and Mentor at Techstars, where he shares his knowledge and expertise with other professionals.
