Gregory Thain is a seasoned business professional with over 45 years of experience, specializing in mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, and fundraising. He has advised and directed businesses across various industries, including property, energy, corporate finance, market research, real estate, advertising, and fintech. Thain has helped raise over $2.5 billion capital for ventures in the last 20 years. He has also been active in emerging markets in Asia, the Middle East, Russia, and the CIS. In 2005, Thain facilitated the $100 million IPO of International Marketing and Sales Group and served as its chairman, overseeing the business's increase in sales to over $250 million and more than 6,000 employees.

Thain is currently the partner and founder of the BVI registered 1297 Property Fund Ltd., chairman of SolarHouse Energy, and the managing partner of management consultancy firm Nexus International.
