The cross-functional team I led built Driver Platform at Go-Jek, with the needs and aspiration of millions of Drivers at the core of it. Driver Platform is a product vertical in itself while also spreading across horizontally to support all the 18 businesses and hence acts as a platform on top of which Go-Jek delivers its services to our Millions of daily active customers.Transportation & Logistics are Go-Jek's Biggest strength and the catalyst of its Growth, the supply side consists of 4 categories of drivers for whom we build 4 mobile apps. * Go-Jek* Go Car* Go BlueBird* Go KilatManaging the Platform was a big challenge but it allowed me to wear multiple hats and work across the spectrum of* Product- Envisioning the future of the platform. As a Product Manager for consumer experience I built features to improve conversion funnel - Pickup Experience - better pickup location selection to improve pickup experience- App performance enhancements - app launch to booking confirmation- Ola Offline Booking - Feature to book an Ola cab offline without internet using SMS- Ola Bots - an end-to-end services layer on top of existing backend to build bots on any 3rd party platform such as Facebook messenger, Whatsapp, slack or Twitter

As a Android developer I developed multiple features and flows in Ola's consumer app, some of which are- Realtime cab movement to update customers about realtime location of the driver- Ola cafe food review, complete and partial order placement flow- Emergency contact feature for customers to add emergency contacts and set default alert on/off- in Trip SOS features for customers to alert their friends and family in case of an emergency during the trip
