Pierre Bouvard is a media executive with extensive experience in data-driven audience targeting, cross-platform and online media, and television. With a career spanning multiple roles including sales, marketing, market/media research, and strategy, Bouvard has been instrumental in the success of numerous startups and non-profit organizations.

Prior to his current role as Chief Insights Officer for Cumulus Media and Westwood One, Bouvard held various executive positions at companies such as TiVo Research & Analytics, Arbitron Inc., and Coleman Insights. He has also advised multiple startups in the media space, including AffinityAnswers and Vadio.

Bouvard's specialties include data-driven targeting and measurement, customer-focused marketing strategy, cross-media market and media research, insights and thought leadership, and general management. With a Bachelor's degree in Communication from Northwestern University, he has also completed executive education programs in finance and accounting from Columbia Business School and the Wharton School.

In addition to his professional experience, Bouvard serves on the Board of the IRTS foundation, a leading media charity in New York City, and the Library of American Broadcasting. He is also a co-author of "Radio Advertising’s Missing Ingredient: The Optimum Effective Scheduling System (OES)."
