Oksana Koryak is a highly accomplished Lecturer at the Bettany Centre for Entrepreneurship at Cranfield School of Management. She is also the Programme Director for the MSc in Management and Entrepreneurship, where she imparts her vast knowledge and expertise to her students. With a focus on decision-making and cognition in entrepreneurship, as well as growth, leadership, and capability development in SMEs, her research interests are diverse, and her insights are highly valued.

Prior to her academic career, Koryak worked in several client-facing roles in corporate and investment banking, originating and executing complex transactions in project finance and leveraged finance fields. She is a Chartered Financial Analyst who holds a PhD in Management from IE Business School in Madrid and a Masters in Finance from the University of Amsterdam.

Koryak's background in both academia and corporate finance lends itself well to her influential research on entrepreneurship and SMEs. At the Enterprise Research Centre at Warwick Business School, she was a Research Fellow in the Entrepreneurship and Innovation Group. She was a Senior Research Fellow at Cranfield School of Management's International Centre for Programme Management as well. Koryak's professional experience includes Vice President roles at ING in both Leveraged Finance and Sponsor Coverage, among other roles.
