Olivier Vermeulen

Olivier Vermeulen is a highly accomplished legal professional with a diverse educational background in law, finance, and business. He holds a Master of Laws in Law and Finance from Cornell Law School and has studied both Law and Business Law at the University of Paris I: Panthéon - Sorbonne. Olivier has held prominent positions in reputable organizations, notably serving as Partner and Head of the Paris Finance Practice, as well as Vice Chair of the Paris Office at Paul Hastings. Prior to this role, he was the Managing Partner at the Paris Office with the same organization. Olivier has also gained valuable experience as Partner and Head of the Paris Finance Department at King & Wood Mallesons, and as Counsel in Doha and Paris at Latham & Watkins. Additionally, he has worked as an Associate in Paris at both White & Case Llp and Paul Hastings.
