Gloria Petron is a highly experienced user experience generalist with a focus on software. With her extensive experience in managing non-profits, she's learned that communication and passion matter just as much in building a great team as money does. Gloria is an expert in user interviews, strategic assessments, journey mapping, information architecture, visual design, and prototype building. She is also highly skilled in HTML, CSS, copywriting, and formulating project timelines. Additionally, Gloria has experience communicating with remote teams and providing UX oversight during QA & UAT phases. At Wells Fargo, she serves as a Senior Vice President, and she has previously worked in leadership positions at Jefferies, UBS, Chase, Citibank, and HSBC Private Bank. Gloria was also the former President of NYC UXPA, where she led a team in improving the user experience of different projects and applications.
