Hakan Kızılöz is a computer engineering Ph.D. with a strong theoretical know-how and research-focused software development skills. He has a vast experience in academia having worked as an Adjunct Assistant Professor at the University of Notre Dame and Assistant Professor at the University of Turkish Aeronautical Association. Hakan has completed numerous research and personal software projects in addition to two funded projects. He is proficient in programming languages like Python, Java, Matlab, and WEKA.

Hakan's expertise lies in applying supervised and unsupervised machine learning techniques with different programming languages, and he is equally fluent in data processing, i.e., retrieving and combining data from multiple sources in various formats such as numerical, categorical, and text. Hakan is also a published author with 13 SCIE indexed journal papers.
