He has managed and supported both international and domestic well planning operations, including HP/HT, MPD, and horizontal ERW projects for land and offshore wells. Young is PMP certified and excels in project management, directing teams to deliver results with HSE excellence. He has worked with PraxisEP LLC, Drilling & Completion Manager, SDE, Deepwater Engineering, Project Management, and Performance Coach. As the founder and CEO of Computer Aided Petroleum Engineering Inc., USA, he managed senior drilling and completion engineer and well supervisor roles at Saudi Aramco, ConocoPhillips, and Royal Dutch Shell. Young is a strong communicator with excellent problem-solving skills, capable of motivating and leading a multi-cultural team. He holds a B.Sc. in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Southern California and an MBA in Finance from the University of Houston.
