Johanna Wegelius

Johanna Wegelius is an accomplished business professional with a wide range of experience across multiple industries. She graduated from Haaga-Helia University of Applied Science, where she studied Business Administration and Economics. She also completed a Myyntijohtajan polku and Ammattilaisen polku training program at Trainers' House, and studied Cultural History, Psychology, and Art History at Työväen Akatemia.

Wegelius started her career as a salesperson at HOK-Elanto before moving on to Seppälä. At Trainers' House, she held various roles such as Marketeer, Junior Project Manager, Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, Head of Operations and HR, and Change Consultant, showcasing her adaptability and growth within the company. Currently, she is the Head of Sales, HoReCa at Barona, where she oversees sales and operations in the HoReCa industry.

Throughout her career, Wegelius has gained expertise in sales, project management, and change management. Her background in cultural history, psychology, and art history has also given her a unique perspective on human behavior and insight into connecting with clients effectively. She is a results-driven professional who is dedicated to creating value for companies and clients alike.
