Adriana's extensive career has led her to become a specialist in multicultural projects and international business transactions. She is a former general counsel and HR director of Grupo Tampico, and currently leads the HR and legal strategy for Latin America, focused on M&A, contracts, staff assessment, diversity, and high-performance teams. With a Ph.D. in International Trade Law from Germany and a Master's Degree in International Business Law from Mexico, Adriana stands out for her deep knowledge of multinational legal frameworks and cross-functional management strategies.
