Illia has a diverse educational background, having studied at the School of Information Technologies, Maxymiser Academy, and the Dnipropetrovsk National University where he has a Master's Degree in Physics. He also attended Stratoplan, where he studied Management, Project Management, and Business Training.

Illia's leadership experience has seen him work for Oracle and Maxymiser in various senior management positions. He has also contributed to these organizations' product leadership initiatives, from product ideation to working closely with cross-functional teams in development and product market launch. In addition, Illia has a proven track record of building and managing high-performing teams working with agile methodologies.

Apart from his corporate experience, Illia combines his leadership and coaching skills as a Kung-fu and meditation teacher at Kung-fu-based self-development courses known as the "Art of Situation Control."
