Mariana Klotz is a well-rounded human resources professional with over a decade of experience in both national and multinational companies. Mariana has a Social Communication degree, specializing in Business and Positive Psychology, and is currently completing a Master's degree in Organizational Positive Psychology at PUC-Rio.

As a former Head of People & Management at do bem™ (an Ambev company), Mariana successfully led teams in an integration project between HR, management, and finance areas. Furthermore, Mariana managed more than ten internal audits, guaranteeing the HR department's compliance.
