Shannah Hayley, CPM

Shannah Hayley is a highly accomplished professional with a strong background in communications, marketing, and community outreach.

She holds a Master of Arts in Communications and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Missouri State University.

With valuable experience in various organizations, Shannah currently serves as the Director of Communications and Community Outreach at the City of Plano.

She has previously held key positions such as Curator and License Holder at TEDxPlano, Director of Marketing and Communications at The Beck Group, and Adjunct Faculty at the University of Phoenix.

Shannah has also worked as a Marketing Director and Senior Associate at Urban Design Group and as a Journeyman at the International Mission Board.

Her diverse roles and extensive experience demonstrate her expertise in strategic communication, public relations, marketing, and community engagement.
