Took learnings from my time coordinating strategy projects and began to own the creation of strategies and assist Lead Strategists to create presentations covering a range of proactive and reactive requests. Proactive requests often included state of the industry reports, annual planning, current state analysis, competitive deep dives, audience insight presentations and market share data analysis. Reactive requests included under-performing store campaigns, crisis management, or other market disruptors. Most strategic engagements were heavy digital media focused so I spent time with the paid digital team understanding tactics and how to leverage them along with offline tactics. During this time I project managed a number of omnichannel marketing campaigns for a (130+ store) retailer in California from the Flower Mound office.  Temporarily relocated to support clients onsite with project management, and strategic thought leadership for various business needs; to assist in campaign launch, event coordination, project management support, new business exploration, process audits, and client onboarding.

Ivie

Strategy Project Manager

Responsible for Strategy Team coordination and project management for marketing campaigns and other client initiatives. Coordinated meetings with Strategists and subject matter experts to create go to market strategies for branding campaigns, grand opening campaigns, product launches, and other ad-hoc projects, primarily supporting Ivie's grocery retail clients. Strategies included the entirety of services that Ivie offers which supports an omnichannel approach (organic and paid media, print production/procurement, creative services, research & strategy). Managed an intern over the summer and created a curriculum for a project that he presented to leadership at the end of the program. Worked alongside Ivie Client Service executives to create client and internal presentations covering a large variety of requests, and needs from clients. This included quarterly business reviews, annual planning, service capabilities presentation, creative concept pitches, strategy recommendation decks, and internal process presentations. Assisted Strategy team leadership with a number of projects including, agency-wide rebranding campaign, internal process/status meetings, quarterly management meetings, and onboarding new client processes.

After graduating from the University of Arkansas, I began my internship with Ivie & Associates in Bentonville, Arkansas supporting the Walmart client service team. During the internship, I was responsible for project management and client coordination to support the onsite Walmart team and internal agency projects for Ivie & Associates.

While in college, I worked at Palm Beach Tan as a shift lead. I focused on products and membership sales, and also in customer service, branding, and training new associates.
