Tim Shannon

Tim Shannon is a former finance professional with extensive experience in the financial industry. He studied B.A in finance at Loras College, and has worked with top companies such as Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Northern Trust Corporation, J.P. Morgan, TSHN Trading and the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

With his previous roles as F&O/OTC Analyst, Investment Banker, Sr. Consultant in Middle Office Trade Processing, Hedge Fund Services, and FO/OTC Clearing Margins Control, Tim has gained expertise in financial operations, trading, analysis and risk management.

As a Nasdaq 100 Futures Trader, Tim supervised trading activity ,developed effective trading strategies and monitored the market for fluctuations in trading activity. His time as Eurodollar Futures Pit Clerk/Trader Assistant at Chicago Mercantile Exchange also gave him hands-on experience working in the high-stress, fast-paced atmosphere of the trading pit.
