Gina Castagnola earns her living changing lives for the better. She is a Master's Degree graduate in Early Childhood and Elementary Education from the University of West Alabama and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology from Loyola Marymount University. Gina is currently the Director of National Recruitment at Teach For America, an organization that focuses on providing the best education for all children, regardless of their backgrounds. She has previously worked there as a 2012 Corps Member, 6th Grade Teacher, Associate, Senior Recruitment Associate, and National Senior Recruitment Associate. Outside education, Gina coached Girls Water Polo at Sir Francis Drake High School and was a Pacific Zone Olympic Development Program Coach at USA Water Polo. She has also worked as an Instructor at Pure Barre and an Assistant Swim Coach at Terra Linda Orcas.
