Dr. Tammi Cooper is an accomplished higher education leader with a wealth of experience in implementing and leading broad-scale projects across all organizational levels. She has a proven track record of achieving outstanding results, building relationships and networking with professionals. She graduated with a B.S. in Agri-Business from Texas State University, a Master of Science in Computer Information Systems from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor, and a Doctor of Philosophy in Organization and Management from Capella University.

Dr. Cooper has worked as a Dean/Program Director of Business Administration at West Coast University, Dean of School of Business at Northcentral University, Interim Dean, and Associate Dean of School of Business, Director of Assessment, Dean of Graduate Students and Academic Support at National American University, Vice President, and Associate Provost and Assistant Provost as well as Assistant Dean of Learning and Student Success, and Assistant Professor at the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor. With her extensive experience and skills, she is an excellent communicator, relationship builder, and forward-thinker, making her an invaluable addition to any team.
