Richard's career spans several renowned organizations, where he has held leadership roles in recruitment and talent acquisition. He has previously worked as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Major Players and Head of Talent Acquisition at Mind Candy, amongst others. Richard's education includes studying at Thornton Upper and gaining a Degree in Life, Military Science, and Operational Studies at HM Royal Marines.
