Meet Jeren Miles, an accomplished executive with a proven track record of strategic leadership in company development. A graduate of Indiana University-Purdue University at Indianapolis with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology and a Master of Fine Arts degree in Medical Sociology, Jeren has a passion for creating positive company cultures that encourage employee personal and professional growth.

Having worked in the community development space for several years, Jeren is a former Head of Community Development at Facebook, and has held various positions at Lyft, including Director of Community Affairs, Public Policy, Deputy Director of Community Affairs, Government Relations, Sr. Community Affairs Manager, Government Relations, Community Organizer, Government Relations and Community Manager.

Prior to working at Lyft, Jeren was a Clinical Research Technician at the Institute for Research on Social Issues and Indiana University School of Medicine, where they also founded and directed Youth MOVE Indiana. Additionally, Jeren has worked as a Graduate Assistant and Undergraduate Teachers Assistant at IUPUI, a Coalition Coordinator at Indiana Coalition to Improve Adolescent Health and an Admitting Representative at Hendricks Regional Health and The Christ Hospital.
