Anand Kumar is a production and industrial engineer with a firm belief in technology as an enabler to solve complex business problems. He also attended a lecture by Andrew Ng on the usage and benefits of implementing AI. Anand Kumar is the co-founder of Skillate, an AI-powered platform that automates the recruitment process. Before that, he worked as an Analyst at Tracxn and as a GET at JSW Steel Ltd. He has also completed internships with Dhama Innovations Pvt. Ltd. and CapitalVia Global Research Limited. Anand Kumar is a graduate of the National Institute of Technology Jamshedpur, where he studied Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Production and Industrial Engineering. He attended Sree Ayyappa Public School and DAV Lakhisarai for his earlier education.
