I developed social media strategy for the new brand around customer and team content and led the launch and development of the new social media platforms for the emerging brand.

I joined the MTV Staying Alive Foundation team as a consultant to expand the MTV Shuga campaign brand online with multiple simultaneous campaigns in Naija, South Africa and Côte d'Ivoire. I oversaw the delivery of a new digital platform across all regions. I have also led the digital strategy for the MTV Nishedh campaign which launches in India in Summer 2019. I have been responsible for liaising with funding partners, developing digital strategy and delivering new platforms. It's been an incredible rewarding job to be part of a campaign driving real change and education of youth audiences around sexual health issues including contraception and HIV.

I set up Telegraph Hill in 2011 with two co-founders. I ran the agency as Managing Director for nearly 5 years taking it to multi million pound revenues and at its peak a full-time team of over 30 in our Shoreditch offices. I personally won and oversaw accounts for the BBC, NBC Universal and more and was responsible for leading pitches for a range of clients including Nike, ITV, Britain’s Beer Alliance and others. I took responsibility for developing a coherent set of values and building a great culture for our award-winning company as I lead the agency at a strategic level. Managing and overseeing all digital content offerings across Zodiak Active projects and the digital elements of those within the wider Zodiak Media Group.Responsible for pitching programme ideas, online projects and other concepts to broadcasters, agencies, brands and other funding partners. Managing a team producing content for all of our digital projects. Digital evangelist across  Zodiak UK companies.Responsible for managing a roster of external design and production agencies – and am responsible for all deliverables and budgets on web projects and beyond. Worked with broadcasters and Zodiak production teams on programme support sites including developing BBC drama Being Human into an award-winning cross platform offering. Worked directly with brands and marketing agencies on a range of advertisement funded programming including campaigns for Robinson’s Fruit Shoot and Unlimited – a daily entertainment channel on Facebook sponsored by O2. Advising and consulting with Zodiak Rights on digital distribution deals. I was also MD in the UK of the Comedy Demon website which offered comedy downloads from a range of rights holders including Aardman, BBC Worldwide and more.I also developed and delivered Becoming Human, the online spin off series from Being Human -  BBC's biggest ever multiplatform commission.

Cross-Platform Director

While at MTV I managed a team of content producers, editors and designers that produced all of the digital media content for MTV and its affiliate channels in the UK (MTV Base, MTV2, MTV Dance, MTV Hits, VH1, VH1 Classic and TMF). Responsibilities included 9 websites, Overdrive, Mobile VOD and Mobile TV channels. We also produced and delivered the mobile TV channels for Nickelodeon and Paramount Comedy. I managed all editorial content, production and delivery as well as commissioning and producing original content for all of these platforms. I oversaw the  launch of Overdrive in the UK and the Mobile TV services, both of which won awards in 2006. I lead the UK digital team in live coverage of the European Music Awards from Rome, Lisbon and Copenhagen. I was responsible for driving digital strategy across the UK channels including extending MTV News on to digital and mobile platforms.

I worked at AOL as an online editor on the entertainment channels, starting on the Film Channel where I oversaw the launch of Harry Potter and The Chamber of Secrets in the UK.I then managed the Music channel where I stayed for nearly two years. During that time I was responible for creating and updating daily and weekly music content - including audio and video streams. I was also key in launching and integrating the Apple iTunes service which launched on AOL the same day as it's UK launch. My job at AOL involved working closely with internal editorial, design and technical teams and externally with digital teams at major music labels and PR companies.
