Virtual Africa's founder is a financial and legal expert social entrepreneur with years of experience in all areas of accounting, auditing, and financial management. Her skills range from early-stage start-ups to advanced companies that are almost collapsing. She is heavily invested and interested in microfinance organizations and informal businesses. She graduated from Southern New Hampshire University with a degree in Micro enterprise Development.

In the past, she has founded and acted as president of the South African Small and Medium Enterprise Association. Currently, she is the CEO and founder of the Virtual Business Development Agency. In addition to virtual hiring, her areas of expertise include Micro-enterprise development, virtual business development, and community development.
