Michelle Maria Thomas is a talented facilitator with over 13 years of experience working with entrepreneurs and social enterprises in India. She is a graduate of prestigious institutions, such as the Columbia University School of International and Public Affairs and the Indian Institute of Forest Management, where she studied Public Administration (with a specialization in Gender and Public Policy) and Forestry, respectively. Throughout her career, Michelle has worked with a wide range of organizations, from social sector advisory firms like Dasra to social business incubators like Villgro Innovations Foundation, where she co-founded Unconvention - a platform for early-stage social entrepreneurs. She also co-founded a social enterprise called ProjectKHEL, which leverages sports and activity-based games to achieve development outcomes. Currently, she is a facilitator at Stanford Seed, where she works with micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in India from different industries to help them achieve scale and transformation.
