General Manager Vancouver Flight Information Region

Reporting to the General Manager,responsible for strategic, tactical and financial implementation and  oversight of all Air Navigation Services provided from the Vancouver Area Control Center (ACC).

Manager ACC Operations

Reporting to the Manager of ACC Operations, Heather was responsible for the following 2 projects:1. The relocation of Vancouver ACC from Richmond to Surrey--a complex multimillion dollar project requiring the coordination of several cross-functional groups.2. The Vancouver Airspace redesign-working with employees, customers and stakeholders to redesign the airspace in around Vancouver to increase safety and gain efficiency.
