Petteri Günther
Petteri Günther is a seasoned legal counsel, with extensive expertise in Intellectual Property Law, Data Protection/Privacy Law, IT Law, and Licensing. He holds an LL.M. in Commercial Law from the University of Helsinki and an LL.M. in Law and Information Technology from Stockholm University, among other qualifications. Günther has worked as a Visiting Researcher at the Oxford Intellectual Property Research Centre and a Guest Researcher at the Max Planck Institute for Intellectual Property and Competition Law. Additionally, he has been a Visiting Scholar at the Center for Internet and Society at Stanford Law School. Günther is currently serving as Legal Counsel at Elisa, one of the leading telecom companies in Finland.
