Sandra Guerra has over 15 years of experience in Research and Development in the FMCG business, specializing in Consumer Research, Sensory, Product Development, and Project Management. Her early career saw her spend 5 years in the cosmetic industry at Revlon before joining Reckitt Benckiser (RB), where she spent 10 years. Her tenure at RB involved 4 years in the Personal Care product development before transitioning to the Consumer Insights and Sensory for Hygiene, Health, and Wellness Categories.

As an experienced Consumer Science Lead, Guerra is equipped with a wealth of knowledge and skills. She holds a BS degree in Pharmaceutical Chemistry from Universidad Nacional de Colombia and an MS in Cosmetic Science from Fairleigh Dickinson University-Metropolitan Campus. She has held several positions with reputable organizations, including AVP R&I US Consumer Research and AVP- Portfolio Management, Hair Manageability, and Styling at L'Oréal. She was also a Senior Research Associate-Consumer Insights, Development Chemist at Revlon, and held various other roles, including Product Performance Best Practice & Health Sensory Manager at RB.
