Andrew Stewart is a highly experienced professional who has spent his entire career working for the betterment of UK higher education, further education, and skills by effectively managing and planning information and learning technology. He has a BSc (hons) in Multimedia Computing and an MSc in Project Management, which he earned from Northumbria University with distinction. Stewart is currently the Head of Sector Intelligence at Jisc and is responsible for identifying market opportunities and developing solutions to match customer needs in higher education, further education, and skills. Previously, he has also held various roles at Jisc, including Account Manager, Multimedia Developer/Senior Adviser, and Information Manager at Jisc infoNet. Before joining Jisc, Stewart worked as a Co-kickstarter at Purpos/ed and gained experience as a Data Entry at Prescription Pricing Authority (PPA). He takes great pride in serving Jisc, and he enjoys working with people from diverse backgrounds and sectors to make the UK the most digitally advanced education and research nation in the world.
